Whiskey making is two parts precision, one part patience. 

It’s about knowing the liquid’s intricate flavor profile, how
long to let it rest, and the exact moment when it’s ready for the bottle. Measured to the dash and timed 
to the second.

Our 10 Year Aged Bourbon and 10 Year Aged Rye only get better as they age. The tasting notes enhance, the liquid becomes smoother, and the character grows in depth and deliciousness. We bottle it at the peak of its potential, so every pour is flavorful and rich.

10 Year Aged Rye

10 Year Aged Rye is exceptionally smooth, with notes of spice, vanilla and toasted oak. 

Our 10 Year Aged Rye uses the same mash bill as our flagship Rye: 95% rye and 5% malted barley. Matured to perfection in charred American white oak barrels, each batch rests for a minimum of 10 years before being bottled. 

The result is a whiskey with unparalleled depth and complexity. On the nose, it offers caramel and toffee, with a notable rye character. On the palate, there is a blend of smoothness and spice, balancing pear-like fruitiness, sweet vanilla, and a dry, buttery oakiness with classic, full-bodied rye notes. The finish provides gentle spice and vanilla, ending with a hint of toasted oak.

10 Year Aged Bourbon

10 Year Aged Bourbon is distinctive with hints of vanilla, subtle spice, and a lingering smoky finish. 

Our 10 year-old Bourbon is aged in a select number of #4 charred American white oak barrels for a minimum of 10 years. The result is a special expression of Bulleit that provides a rich, deep, incredibly smooth sipping experience. 

Our 10 Year Aged Bourbon is complex on the palate, with a mature woody, dry mouth feel. Its notes of fruitiness and spice are balanced with hints of soft vanilla and a mellow creaminess. On the nose, it has classic aromas of rich, toasty oak with touches of light vanilla and sweet, dried fruit. The finish is smooth and smoky, with its nuanced flavors carrying through til the very end.

DISTILLATION AND AGING PROCESS

Every bottle of Bulleit 10 Year Aged Rye and 10 Year Aged Bourbon is matured to perfection in new, charred, American white oak barrels for a minimum of 10 years.

The additional years result in a deeper russet color and richer oaky aromas, with a generous, lingering smoky finish.
